Vermont Florist was created in 1998. It was a branch of Shackelfords & Maxwell's, an 18 store florist chain in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In 1999 the retail chain was sold to a then growing national chain and Nations Florist, United States Florist.com and Vermont Florist were spun off to form Nations Florist Flower Company, Inc.
The Nations Florist brand survives today and connects the consumer with a wide array of floral products under one national brand. For Example, our bath and beauty line is totally unique to Nations Florist .The products are made from all natural ingredients and are available in fragrances such as Pacific Rainforest and Ocean Breeze.
Vermont Florist is part of a full service retail florist that operates retail locations under the Nations Florist brand.
